Blackbirds in the Magnolia Lino print

‘Blackbirds in the Magnolia’ is a Limited Edition Linocut print of 50 prints.

I have been watching these two delightful blackbirds in our garden that have been nesting every spring in our magnolia tree for several years now. When I’m gardening, ‘Mr Blackbird’ joins me in the veg patch where he will take worms I’ve left for him just a few inches from me and with a huge beak full, fly back to their nest to feed their growing brood.

Each image is inked in dark brown (raw umber) Caligo ink and hand burnished onto beautiful off white Japanese Ho-Sho paper.

As it is hand printed, there will be minor differences making each one completely unique.

Paper size: 280 x 395 mm Printed image approx size: 160 x 265 mm

An A3 frame to fit an A4 picture will be suitable for this image.

Every individual print will be numbered, titled and signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Each picture will come packaged with a stiff card back in a brown paper envelope.

Recycled packaging is used wherever possible.

Frame and mount are NOT included.
